Return Policy
We strive to provide the best customer service possible, but due to the nature of unroasted coffee beans, there are some limitations to returns:

If your shipment was damaged or you received incorrect merchandise, please email info@cafecitodebelles.co as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly. After 20 days from the receipt of your order, we will not replace or refund for any items.

Cafecito Debelles Roastery does not accept returns of coffee beans for any reason other than a mistake on our part during shipping or transit.

Damaged merchandise must be reported within two weeks of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If eligible for a refund, it will be returned in the format you paid.
